Working with John was really a pleasure. I found him to knowledgeable and familiar with all the upcoming changes and services available for Medicare next year. It’s one confusing mess out there. And the choices aren’t simple. You’re expected to be able to be computer literate to decipher the programs. While many seniors aren’t. John explains the differences clearly, and the costs attendant to the differences. If I had selected on my own, I would always question, did I do the right thing? Was I covered properly? Who wants to hear” that’s not covered”? Or end up owing thousands in hospital bills. John knows the intricacies of the system and knows how to do workarounds to solve problems.

I had met John Mendoza when I had no idea where to go for my insurance questions. When I needed help he had all the answers.
